Customizable Packages for Your Convenience

All packages or time purchased are transferable, and billable hours are deducted from your prepayment. Use your time for calls, shared screen sessions, offline work, requests, or custom video tutorials. There are no minimum time requirements, and you can allocate your time to get the accounting help to suit your needs with our expert accounting assistance. The packages are assembled based on average time spent for most situations. If actual time spent is less than the package purchased, the remaining time remains on your account for future calls and bookkeeping and accounting services.

Transparent Accounting and Reporting

You will receive a detailed account statement outlining bookkeeping and accounting services performed as time is used, including remaining account funds available for additional accounting help. This approach allows you to work with us on an as-needed basis, which is particularly beneficial for bookkeepers working with their own clients.

What can I expect during the initial consultation?

During the initial consultation, we will discuss your business or personal financial needs and determine how we can best assist you. If you have existing financials, we will be able to provide a summary of findings and recommendations for your specific situation.

How can I best prepare for our call?

To ensure the best use of your session, you will want to download your bank, credit card and loan statements ahead of time so we are able to pull them up as needed. Create a list of questions and/or action items you hope to accomplish so we make sure not to miss anything.

Will you be able to make corrections to my books during our call?

The majority of Accounting Troubleshoot Callers have more than one issue and we make every effort to address as many we can during the 1 hour session.

Can Time Blocks be used for calls or shared screen sessions?

Yes, time blocks are prepaid time. They can be used for calls, sessions, training videos and/or offline work requests.

What happens if we don't use the full hour of the call?

All work is on billable time. We bill increments of 15 min. Any unused time remains on your account for future requests.

Do you only work with Studio Designer users?

No, we work with clients on many platforms. We encourage (and prefer) for interior designers to use Studio but take troubleshoot and annual clients on other platforms, as well.

Do you have a recurring full service package for Interior Designers?

At this time we don't have a flat fee package for Interior Designers. During our initial call, we can assess your specific needs to determine the best package.

Are you taking on monthly clients?

Yes, we are. We currently have a QB package but our interior design firms prefer to pay for time blocks. It's a pay-as-you-go approach to handling your business. We handle the back office and accounting while you focus on you growing your business.

I have my own staff. Can you train them?

Yes, we have a mentorship package or you can purchase a time block and book time when and as you need it. We also offer onsite training with one or more trainers.

I am a bookkeeper and would like to get help on multiple clients. Are you able to work directly with me?

Yes, we have a mentorship package or you can purchase a time block and book time when and as you need it.

Do you offer onsite training?

Yes, we offer in-person training with one or more trainers, depending on the size of your team or chapter. Please submit an inquiry for proposal, based on your specific needs.

Do you offer a discount for recurring clients?

Yes, we offer reduced or flat fee accounting for ongoing monthly clients. We also run specials on time blocks regularly. Many recurring clients purchase time that way.

No Refunds or Returns Policy on bookkeeping and accounting services

We do not offer refunds for prepaid time. However, remaining account funds are transferable to others and can be used for requests such as Annual/Semi-annual financial review, mentorship, training or offline requests as needed.

Refunds for monthly clients with a retainer on file are processed once the final closeout invoice for time billing has been deducted against it.

Retainer Refunds, as applicable, are processed to the original form of payment on file within 7-10 business days, as outlined in our Client Engagement Agreement.
